2. Find your Service ID:
• Access your Client Area.
• Select 'Services'.
• Choose the relevant service to find its Service ID.
3. Open a ticket here or e-mail us at contact.center@c1vhosting.it with your Service ID included.
4. You'll receive an automatic reply within 5 minutes. If you haven't received it, please send the email again.

Note: Avoid Microsoft email domains for contacting us. They may filter out our emails, hindering our communication.
