Pomezia, 18:50-19:15 - On April 1st, our datacenter experienced a brief downtime due to an unexpected electrical issue that caused a total power outage. The downtime lasted for approximately half an hour and we would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused to our clients.


Our team worked tirelessly to resolve the issue, and services were fully restored as quickly as possible. We would like to assure our clients that we are taking all necessary measures to prevent such issues from occurring in the future. As a result, we will be investing even more in our infrastructure to ensure maximum continuity for our clients.
